Rather than talking about the past, our desire based methodology focuses on your vision for what you want in your life and relationships which motivates you to do the work to heal the blockages that are holding you back.

Celeste is a Certified Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and has studied with some of the top teachers in the fields of sexuality and personal development including Layla Martin, Creator of the proprietary VITA™ Coaching Method. Celeste specializes in helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and cultivate fulfilling lives and relationships. And because many people have experienced trauma, Celeste is trained in gentle trauma release practices to help her clients heal and integrate negative experiences held in the body from a place of safety and love. 

It is important to note that coaching is not a replacement for therapy. Unlike traditional talk therapy, VITA™ Coaching incorporates modern neuroscience with body based practices for holistic and sustainable growth. If you are experiencing active trauma or mental health issues, please seek the help of a licensed mental health professional. Celeste does not present herself as a mental health professional and will make referrals when appropriate.

Tantra is a spiritual and philosophical tradition that embraces the integration of sexuality, love, and spirituality. In the context of relationships, Tantra emphasizes conscious connection, deep intimacy, and the expansion of pleasure and awareness. We incorporate Tantric principles and practices to enhance your experience of sex, love, and relationships.

Our coaching approach is open to individuals with various spiritual beliefs or no specific spiritual practice. While we draw inspiration from Tantric philosophy, our coaching is grounded in practical tools and techniques that can benefit anyone seeking growth, healing, and deeper connections.

We work with individuals and couples 18+ years and older who are seeking healing and growth in sex, love, and relationships. Our coaching is inclusive and welcomes people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations.

Our private coaching coaching fees are $165 per hour. Packages available. As coaching falls outside the scope of therapy, it is typically not covered by insurance.
