Meet Your Coach

Hi, I am Celeste Rose. I am a professionally trained Women's Empowerment Coach specializing in body image, self-worth, and confidence, writer, public speaker, and founder of the Sensual Leadership Academy. 

After spending a majority of my leadership career struggling with negative body image and imposter syndrome, I enrolled at the VITA™ Coaching Institute where I threw myself into the study of modern neurobiology, holistic healing, and Tantric philosophy. Through incorporating these tools and teachings in my own life I was able to let go of self-deprecating thoughts and dignify my role as a leader. 

And now I am here to share these teachings with you to help you work with your brain and body in an intentional way so you can stop self-criticism and finally feel confident to deliver your gifts in the world.
